About Greg Feith
Safety, Human Factors, Expert Witness, NTSB, TV Safety Analyst
GREG FEITH, works as he works as a Safety and Security Consultant and an expert witness. Many industries benefit from the lessons that have been learned in aviation about human factors. With 20 years with the NTSB, Greg was Senior Air Safety Investigator on many high profile air disaster investigations including the 1996 Valujet crash in the Florida Everglades, the 1997 controlled flight into terrain (CFIT) accident in Guam involving a Korean Air Boeing 747-300, the 1994 American Eagle ATR 72 crash in Roselawn and numerous others. He is ATP rated with over 2,800 hours of flight time. To aid in the investigations, Greg has attended a surprising number of flight and ground schools and training classes on various equipment. "Lessons Learned" was developed utilizing his firsthand knowledge from thousands of accident investigations. Taking the lessons from mistakes that result in accidents, and utilizing his investigator perspective, the message provides a unique and thought-provoking perspective on how we can do a better job of enhancing safety in aviation. This information will hopefully prevent the same errors from being repeated, and provide an understanding of the human factors elements inherent to the causes of most accidents. As a self-proclaimed Evangelist for Aviation Safety, Feith speaks about risks and hot issues that compromise flight safety in both GA and airline industry. He can be seen regularly as a Safety and Security Expert on NBC, MSNBC as well as History Channel, and PBS. Greg can be seen on a number of television shows including Secret of the Black Box, Why Airplanes Crash, Mayday, Seconds from Disaster, Survival in the Sky and others. We always get great reviews with Greg and clients often have him back.

Be someone people want to listen to. There is no such thing as no communication. People fill silence with speculation, assumption, and second-guessing. Not only is effective communication essential for completing complex operations and exceptional service, but it’s also the glue that connects the individual pieces together in a high-performance team. The ability to communicate well at all levels is essential to successful leadership.
This dynamic course provides L4 PDP certification and focuses on aviation leadership challenges:
8:00am – 12:00pm

• How to be effective when confronting disruptive and disrespectful behavior.
• Improve your ability to understand and confirm meanings across generations and technologies.
